"Savchenko's lists": militants request the former mayor of Sloviansk Nelya Shtepa for exchange

Militants request the former mayor of Sloviansk Nelya Shtepa, who is now on trial in Kharkiv, for exchange. This is evidenced by the lists that were made public by the people's deputy Nadiya Savchenko.

In particular, the ex-mayor of Sloviansk Nelya Shtepa is listed under the number 517 in the lists of people requested for exchange by the representatives of the "L/DPR", that were made public by the people's deputy Nadiya Savchenko.

As previously reported, the mayor of Sloviansk Nelya Shtepa was detained in July 2014. She is accused of calling for a change of the borders of Ukraine, facilitation of pseudo referendum on secession of the Donetsk oblast from Ukraine, creation of conditions for the activity of terrorist groups and organizations. The final suspicion of committing criminal offenses under part 3 article 110 of the Criminal Code (violation of the territorial supremacy and inviolacy of Ukraine, resulting in loss of life) and part 1 article 258-3 (creation of a the terrorist group or organization) was announced to Shtepa. Chervonozavodskoy district court of Kharkiv examines the case.
