The military prosecutor's office handed a suspicion over the leader of "Voisko Donskoe" Kozitsyn

The chief military prosecutor's office announced the suspicion to the commander of an illegal armed formation of the "LPR" "Vsevelikoe Voisko Donskoe" Nikolay Kozitsyn. It was reported by Ukraine's chief military prosecutor Anatoliy Matios on his Facebook page.

According to him, it is established by the collected evidences that N.Kozitsyn has created an illegal armed formation "Vsevelikoe Voisko Donskoe" from the citizens of the Russian Federation and other persons on the territory of the Russian Federation in April 2014. Being at the head of this formation he has illegally invaded the territory of Ukraine, organized and directly involved in the attacks on the ATO participants as a part of a terrorist organization "LPR" in the Luhansk oblast until November 2014.

"A message of suspicion was delivered on the territory of the Russian Federation using international courier service at place of residence of N.Kozitsyn and was handed over him personally on December 27, 2016. The suspected is put on the state wanted list", - he noted.

Matios underlined that the punishment by imprisonment for a term from 8 to 15 years is prescribed for committing especially grave crimes incriminated Kozitsyn.
