The command of the occupation forces dismisses the militants, who were dead in Donbass, "retroactively" and forms a "savings fund", avoiding the payment of compensations. It is reported by the Chief directorate of intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on their Facebook page.

"There is a growing tension between the personnel of the enemy units, who performs tasks at the forefront, and the officers of the Russian occupation forces because of the "retroactive" dismissal of the soldiers, who were dead at the time of warfighting. At the same time, the personnel of the enemy is classified as such that was injured in the living conditions ", - intelligence service reports.

The Chief directorate of intelligence also notes that the command of the enemy avoids cash compensation payments and forms the so-called "savings fund" for their own enrichment in this way.
