At the same time, the press secretary of Leonid Kuchma, who represents Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, Daria Olifer denies this information.

"There is such a participant among neither tripartite members of the contact group or any other working subgroups", - said she, adding that Eduard Basurin is in the EU sanctions list.
