"Deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR" Eduard Basurin: "Training of the command-staff with units of the DPR army started today. The Armed Forces have task to repulse the aggression of the AFU with the subsequent creation of favourable conditions for counteroffensive operations with access to the administrative and territorial boundary of Donetsk region."

"Ombudsman in the DPR" Daria Morozova: "Today the OSCE Representative Toni Frisch visited one of the penitentiary institutions of the republic where Ukrainian captives are kept. He was assured that the Ukrainian military were kept in accordance with all the international norms. Frisch had no claims regarding conditions in which Ukrainian captives are kept."

Media: "Leader of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky y held a meeting with the initiative group of entrepreneurs today. The topic of the greatest interest for participants of the meeting was a discussion about the customs clearance of goods for import to the republic."
