The so-called "head of the LPR" Igor Plotnitsky signed a "decree" to postpone local elections of heads of administration, previously planned for on November 6th for an indefinite period. It is reported by Russian Interfax.

"I hereby order: to postpone holding of the first elections of local heads, the date of which (11.06.2016) was determined by the decree of the head of the Luhansk People's Republic as of 22/07/2016 No. 418/01/07/16 until the head of the Luhansk People's Republic signs a separate decree on the date of their conduction," - says the "degree" "of the LPR leader" published on October 26th on his official website.

In his turn, the so-called "head of the DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko also stopped validity of the "decree" of the local elections scheduled for November 6th, 2016.

"The head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko stopped the decree on holding elections of local leaders scheduled for November 6th, 2016. Date of the election will be determined by the corresponding decree," - said the spokesman of the administration of "the head of the DPR," - said the statement.
