Military Prosecutor of ATO forces Kulik was charged - SAP
Prosecutors of the Anti-Corruption Specialized Prosecutor’s Office and detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine presented the indictment to the military prosecutor of ATO forces Konstantin Kulik in the premises of the Bureau. It is reported by the press service of the SAP.
K.Kulik is accused of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of the Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ( "Illicit enrichment").
"The indictment will be submitted to the court for consideration as soon as possible. If the court finds him guilty, the military prosecutor of ATO forces can face imprisonment from 2 to 5 years with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years with confiscation of property,”- reported the SAP.
Prosecutors reminded that detectives of the NABU completed a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal enrichment of Konstantin Kulik, the military prosecutor of the ATO forces, on October 7th, 2016. Since then, the NABU detectives provided access to the pre-trial investigation for review to the defence.
