No one knows what is actually agreed - commented the OSCE on the Minsk agreement

The effective work of the OSCE SMM in eastern Ukraine is hindered by the secrecy of certain documents in the framework of the Minsk agreements. It was stated by First Deputy Chairman of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine Alexander Hug at the international conference Minsk Agreements: EU-Russia Relations and the Role of Sanctions which is taking place today in the European Parliament, - reports Ukrinform.

"Not all of these documents are public. Unfortunately, some of the Minsk agreements are secret, so it is very difficult to carry out verification because no one knows what is actually agreed," - said the representative of the OSCE.

He also stressed that the Special Monitoring Mission was doing everything possible in their areas of responsibility.
