“In the capital’s Dniprovskyi district, a one-story building was partially destroyed and a fire broke out as a result of falling debris. During a search, rescuers found the body of a deceased person”, - Kyiv’s State Emergency Service reported on Telegram on the morning of October 30.

“Windows in a residential building and parked cars at two locations were also damaged in the district. Fires broke out in non-residential buildings in the Darnytskyi district: a warehouse, garbage, timber, and the roof of a disused structure caught fire”, - the statement said.

Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov reported on the morning of October 30 that the city was experiencing another blackout.

“Energy workers were on the job all night, but the system cannot withstand the strain. I will not publicly disclose unnecessary details. Everyone is doing everything necessary. I am simply appealing to all city residents. Please, if possible, stay at home, because apart from buses, no form of electric public transport is operating: no trams, no trolleybuses, no metro”, - Filatov stated.

“And one more thing. I don’t know what words to use in the FIFTH (!!!) year of the war to get people to keep at least a one- or two-day supply of water at home”, - the Dnipro mayor added.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on the morning of October 30 that the enemy had attacked the city’s Osnovianskyi district with a jet-powered UAV.

“There is a fire at the impact site. No information about casualties has been received so far”, - the mayor said, later reporting another enemy strike on the Osnovianskyi district using a jet-powered drone.
