European representatives will not participate in the upcoming talks on Ukraine, which are scheduled to take place in mid-November in the UAE. Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated this, as reported on October 28 by the Telegram channel “The Moscow Times”.

“Nobody intends to invite them to the negotiating table”, - Ushakov said.

The report recalls that three days ago, Ushakov said that russia should engage in dialogue with European countries because, according to him, they “fully support Kyiv,” and under these circumstances, Europe’s position “is of a key nature.”

Talks in Abu Dhabi in the US-Ukraine-russia format are scheduled for early November. As Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk reported, they could take place as early as the 4th, the day after the U.S. congressional elections. The President of Ukraine named November 10 as a possible date, but Ushakov, for his part, did not confirm this information, noting that the exact timing of the trilateral talks would become known “in the near future”.
