
“Russians launched six strikes on Zaporizhzhia this morning. Unfortunately, one person was killed. It was a man”, - the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Military Administration Head Mykhailo Semikin reported on the morning of October 9.
As of 6:40 a.m., five people were known to have been injured, including a child.
It is noted that the enemy attacked residential areas. One of the strikes hit near an extracurricular education facility.
All necessary emergency services are working at the strike sites. Medical assistance is being provided to the injured.
Paramedics, together with rescuers, assisted an injured woman in a high-rise apartment building damaged by the enemy attack. Her condition is not serious. The injured woman was handed over to an ambulance crew.
The Zaporizhzhia Oblast Prosecutor's Office later reported that the number of injured had risen to 9: “Strikes on civilian infrastructure continued from 4:50 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. A 48-year-old man was killed in the attack. As of 7:45, 9 people are known to have been injured, including a 14-year-old girl. Information about the injured is being clarified”.
