"Four people were killed, 10 were wounded due to russian shelling of the Donetsk oblast. On September 22, police recorded 1,768 attacks on the front line and residential areas of the region", - the Donetsk oblast police reported on September 23.

Twelve settlements came under fire: the cities of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk, the settlements of Bilenke, Malotaraniivka, Oleksandrivka, and the villages of Zoloti Prudy, Myrove, Novoselivka, Petrivka Druha, Spasko-Mykhailivka, Stepanivka, and Shnurky.

A total of 117 civilian facilities were damaged, including 83 residential buildings.

The russian army dropped five bombs on Kramatorsk: one KAB-500 and four KAB-250 bombs, and also attacked the city with drones. One person was killed, and another five civilians were injured. Ten apartment buildings and 54 private houses, a church, a bank building, a store, and vehicles were damaged.

In Sloviansk, russians killed a civilian and wounded another. An apartment building and a private house were damaged. One person was killed in Spasko-Mykhailivka.

In Stepanivka, one person was killed and one was injured, and a vehicle was damaged.

In Oleksandrivka, the enemy attacked a hospital with two Geran-2 UAVs. There were casualties; three buildings of the medical facility, two utility buildings, eight ambulances, and six civilian vehicles were damaged. One person was injured in Malotaranivka and one in Myrove.

In Bilenke, 16 private houses were damaged; in Zoloti Prudy, a private house, a church, and a utility structure; in Shnurky, an agricultural enterprise.

In addition, information was established about a person wounded in Kramatorsk as a result of shelling on September 21.
