General Staff: Losses of the occupation army in personnel have exceeded 300,000 since the beginning of 2026

“Since the beginning of the year, the russian aggressor has lost 301,030 servicemen killed and wounded. To understand the scale: this is a number comparable to the personnel of nearly 150 motorized rifle regiments, assuming a notional strength of about 2,000 servicemen per regiment”, - the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on September 15.

The russian occupiers suffered their heaviest losses this year over the three summer months — 124,170 servicemen. In June — 39,290 people, in July — 42,860, and in August — 42,020.

In September (as of the beginning of September 15), the occupiers’ losses already amount to 20,360 people.
