Russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles and drones: there are fatalities and injuries, residential buildings damaged, and fires at enterprises

“As of 06:30 a.m, seven people are known to have been injured. Unfortunately, there is also information about two people killed as a result of the enemy attack”, - the Kyiv City Military Administration said.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine clarified that during the night of September 8, russia carried out another attack on the capital. Damage and fires occurred in at least five districts of the city. In the Holosiivskyi district, as a result of a hit on a 26-story non-residential building at the level of the 23rd floor, structures were destroyed without a subsequent fire. At another address, a garage caught fire, and the flames spread to a nearby non-residential building and business center.

In the Solomianskyi district, State Emergency Service personnel rescued 10 people from a five-story residential building.

In the Podilskyi district, a fire broke out in a warehouse building, while cars and garage units also caught fire. In the Dniprovskyi district, firefighters are extinguishing a fire in garages.
