“Tomorrow, August 21, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv. In memory of the victims of the massive enemy attack on the capital”, - Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko said.

It is noted that on this day, flags will be flown at half-mast at all municipal buildings in the city. It is also recommended that state flags be flown at half-mast in the capital at buildings under both state and private ownership.

On August 21, all entertainment events are banned in Kyiv.

“Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the attack in the Solomianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Darnytskyi districts of the capital are continuing. At present, 12 people are known to have been killed in Kyiv”, - Klychko said.
