Ukraine's Defense Forces struck 17 enemy oil tankers and an ammunition depot in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast

"On July 14 and during the night of July 15, 2026, as part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the russian aggressor, units of Ukraine's Defense Forces struck a number of key enemy military targets. During the night of July 15, 17 oil tankers, two LPG tankers, and one tugboat were hit in the Black Sea", - the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on social media on July 15.

The oil tankers are used to transport russian oil and petroleum products in circumvention of international sanctions. The LPG tankers transport liquefied petroleum gases and support the functioning of the aggressor state's fuel and energy sector.

In addition, an enemy ammunition depot in Mariupol and a logistics supply depot in Dokuchaievsk, the Donetsk oblast, were struck.
