"The Armed Forces of the russian federation... carried out a massive strike using high-precision long-range air-, land-, and sea-based weapons, as well as attack drones, against military-industrial enterprises and fuel and energy infrastructure facilities in the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv oblast", - the russian Ministry of Defense cynically claimed in its report on the barbaric overnight attack on Ukraine's capital on July 2.
