"The format is a secondary matter. What is most important is having the most reliable security guarantees. That is the key issue. The form in which this is implemented is another question", - said Deputy Foreign Minister of the russian federation Alexander Grushko in a comment to russian media.
According to him, such guarantees must be enshrined in a legally binding format as part of a possible settlement of the situation surrounding Ukraine. At the same time, the deputy minister emphasized that the content of the agreements is more important than their form.
As reported earlier, putin, russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, and FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov stated that moscow is ready to resume the negotiation process aimed at ending the war against Ukraine.
