
“Unfortunately, we are once again facing the tragic consequences of another enemy attack on the Kyiv oblast. According to preliminary information, one person was killed in the Brovary district as a result of a strike by russian drones. Four more people were injured”, - Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk reported on Telegram at 9:18 a.m. on June 5.
“The enemy attacked a peaceful civilian food industry enterprise. People who were simply doing their jobs at their workplaces at that moment. A fire continues on the enterprise's premises in the administrative building, and some structures have been partially destroyed. According to operational information, people may still be inside the building. Rescuers have already managed to free two employees from the rubble. All necessary services are working at the scene. Rescue operations, the search for people, and efforts to eliminate the consequences of the attack are ongoing, , - Kalashnyk reported.
He emphasized that “russia once again demonstrates that its targets are not military facilities, but ordinary people who live and work on their own land”.
At 10:12 a.m., Kalashnyk updated the report: “Unfortunately, the number of people killed as a result of the enemy attack on the civilian enterprise in the Brovary district has risen to four”.
According to local Telegram channels, russia struck the food production enterprise “Yagotynske for Children”.
