"We call on the U.S. administration to recognize the extent of its own responsibility. We are ready to do our part and translate the Anchorage framework into concrete agreements and decisions", - russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov said in an interview with russian media.
According to him, "the question is whether the U.S. administration is prepared to continue playing a significant role in filling this framework with concrete substance".
"I think that contacts at high levels will clarify this issue. In any case, the pace of implementation of the presidents' basic agreements does not depend on us. The move now belongs to the U.S. administration", - Ryabkov stated.
