“A total of more than 40 investigative actions were carried out regarding current and former officials from the leadership. Cars, motorcycles, and money in national and foreign currency were seized. In addition, over several days, more than 150 protocols on administrative offenses related to corruption were drawn up”, - the National Police of Ukraine reported on Telegram on May 4.

Among the documented facts are illicit enrichment and cases of false declarations by officials amounting to nearly 92 million UAH. One of the figures involved — the head of a district Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS) in Odesa — significantly improved his financial situation during his time in office and acquired assets worth more than UAH 45 million.

Also, for example, the discrepancy between the assets declared by one of the assistants to the head of a joint regional TCR and SS and his actual wealth amounts to UAH 10 million, and for a former officer of the recruitment and staffing department of another district TCR — UAH 6.6 million.

Further measures are being carried out to collect evidence for notifying suspects in criminal proceedings.
