“Vladimir Putin maintains readiness for contacts at the highest level, including with Zelensky, however such contacts must be well prepared and have a concrete result. Such a meeting is possible at the stage when the main parameters of the agreements have already been developed and agreed upon, that is, effectively at the stage of their finalization”, - said the russian dictator’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov to russian journalists.
According to him, moscow “does not see political will on the part of the Kyiv regime to resolve the conflict”.
As reported, russia, as conditions for concluding a “lasting peace”, demands that Ukraine withdraw troops from Donbas, hold presidential elections, and limit the size of its armed forces.
