“A separate issue is sanctions against russia for this war, which should push russia toward real diplomacy. Unfortunately, there is another decision by America to ease oil sanctions. There will be no real benefit from this for diplomacy, and every dollar from oil only encourages russia to continue the war. But even with this money, they will still not solve their problems”, - President Zelensky said in a video address on April 19.

“Our long-range sanctions continue to work — I am grateful to all our warriors for their precision”, - the President emphasized.

He noted that “in March alone, russian oil losses from our long-range capabilities are estimated at at least 2 billion 300 million dollars”.

“This is just one month. Now, in April, we continue. I want to especially commend the 1st Separate Center of the SBS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 98th Reconnaissance Center of the SSO, the 19th Missile Brigade, the 360th Separate Coastal Missile Brigade, and our special forces: the Security Service of Ukraine, intelligence — and each and every one who works to reduce russia’s capabilities and to increase our security — the security of Ukraine”, - Zelensky noted.
