Media: "Members of the Contact Group in Minsk initialled a framework agreement on the disengagement of forces and means in Donbass. Negotiators reached consensus on all three points – Petrovskoye (DPR), Stanitsa Luhanskaya and Zolotoye (both - LPR). According to the document, disengagement sites should be at least 2 km in width and 2 km in depth."
