Wednesday events on the occupied territories of Donbass
Media: "Members of the Contact Group in Minsk initialled a framework agreement on the disengagement of forces and means in Donbass. Negotiators reached consensus on all three points – Petrovskoye (DPR), Stanitsa Luhanskaya and Zolotoye (both - LPR). According to the document, disengagement sites should be at least 2 km in width and 2 km in depth."
Media: "The General Prosecutor's Office of the LPR opened a criminal case on the fact of trying to seize power in the republic. Currently, one of the persons involved in the preparation of a coup is detained. More accurate details and facts under investigation of the criminal case, not representing the secrecy of the investigation, will be made public later."
"Authorized Representative of the LPR in Minsk" Vladislav Deynego: "At the meeting of the Contact Group representatives of the LPR and DPR declared their readiness and the need for an exchange of prisoners for formula "618 to 47" that is "all for all" who are confirmed today by representatives of the parties."
Media: "In Donetsk, a three-day festival of music and poetry called Bolshoy Donbass will be held on September 23rd with the participation of representatives of the cultural life of Russia, Belarus, Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republic.
