“Today there was a treacherous repeated strike by the enemy after the first hit. Energy workers and municipal service specialists arrived at the site to eliminate the consequences of the explosion. And they came under a second strike”, - Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on March 12.
According to Terekhov, electricity supply has already been restored for a number of households, but work is still ongoing.
