Protective concrete embankments localized the spill and prevented the flames from spreading to neighboring storage tanks", - reported the monitoring Telegram channel “Exilenova” on February 25.

At the same time, a neighboring tank, which was almost empty at the time of the attack, sustained damage and became unfit for operation. "Result: the complete loss of one tank and the disabling of another one", - the experts explained.
