Ukraine will not make a single step forward till the Russian Federation fulfils its obligations in the sphere of security in Donbass. It was stated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, speaking at the opening of the summit of the Yalta European Strategy in Kiev, - reported 112.ua.

"Not a single step forward till the Russian side withdraws its troops to a safe distance and takes measures in the sphere of security," - he said.

The President stressed that Ukraine had been fighting against Russian aggression for already 2.5 years. "It is not a civil war, not a conflict in Ukraine, not something else, it's just Russian aggression against sovereign and independent, free and democratic Ukraine," - he added.

As previously reported, the 13th annual meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) was opened on September 15th in Kiev. It was predicted that the forum would be attended by more than 350 leading politicians, diplomats, businessmen, public figures and experts from 20 countries.
