Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and France Jean-Marc Ayrault visited the area of the bridge blown up by militants in Semyonovka during their visit to Donetsk region on September 15th. According to Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin,it may give them additional arguments and emotions to put pressure on Russia in the framework of the "Norman format".
