Russia ordered leaders of the "DPR/LPR" to negotiate with Ukraine in the way in the Russian Federation is closed for "republics" – Taruta

The Russian Federation has several good reasons to end the war in the east of Ukraine. It was stated by MP, ex-governor of Donetsk region Sergey Taruta in Newsone program.

According to Taruta, the first reason is the financial component.

"every month Russia allocates about $ 150 million to Donbass to stabilize the situation, that is, so that there is no hunger. It is a fairly large amount of money for the Russian Federation," - he said.

"We know that today (in Russia - ed) the situation is quite complicated. Russia will have to pay loans in the first quarter of 2017. The Russian Federation will have to declare a default that will affect the image before the elections or to negotiate with creditors," - added Taruta.
