Zelensky is preparing to visit Turkey: “We are preparing to intensify negotiations”

“Tomorrow I have meetings in Turkey. We are preparing to intensify negotiations, and we have developed solutions that we will propose to our partners. Bringing the end of the war closer by all possible means is Ukraine’s first priority. We are also working on restoring exchanges and returning prisoners”, - President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported on the morning of November 18.

“Today — meetings in Spain, which we have been preparing for a long time, and we expect that another strong country will help even more to protect life and bring the end of the war closer. We are working to ensure that the meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Sánchez brings agreements that will give us more strength. Every day in relations with our partners must bring results for Ukraine”, - the head of state wrote.

According to him, on Thursday he instructed to prepare a Staff meeting.

“Of course, this week there will be appropriate talks with officials and a meeting with the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada and members of the Servant of the People faction. I am preparing several necessary legislative initiatives and fundamental quick decisions that our state needs”, - Zelensky added.
