“As a result of the enemy attack, multi-apartment residential buildings and parked cars were damaged. According to preliminary information, one person was killed. Another five were injured, including a 14-year-old girl”, - reported the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on November 17.
“In the residential area in the city center, the enemy carried out two missile strikes. Information about the injured is being clarified. All emergency response services are working on the ground”, - stated the head of the Balakliia City Military Administration, Vitalii Karabanov.
Later, Karabanov reported that, according to preliminary data, three people had been killed.
