“At an extraordinary meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on the grounds defined by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’, submitted to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine proposals for the application of personal sanctions against Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Zukerman”, - Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko reported on November 12.
