The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gave consent to the detention and arrest of Dnieprovsky District Court of Kiev Nikolay Chaus, suspected of taking bribes in the amount of 150 thousand dollars.

281 MPs voted voted for his detention and 279 MPs voted for his arrest.

Aspreviously reported, according to the SAP operational data, Nikolay Chaus is in occupied Crimea, therefore, it is impossible either to detain or to arrest him.
