"During the night, the capital was once again subjected to an enemy attack. Damage to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure was recorded in several districts of the city", - the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on the morning of October 10.

In the Pechersk district, debris caused a fire in a high-rise building. Rescuers saved 20 people, 9 were injured, and five were handed over to medics.

According to the Kyiv City State Administration, the facade and windows on the 5th floor of a ten-story building were damaged in the Holosiivskyi district. Cars in the yard also caught fire.

In the Desnianskyi district, according to preliminary information, debris from a downed missile fell on an open area near a clinic.

In the Podilskyi district, debris fell on an open area.

"As a result of the strikes on critical infrastructure, the left bank of the city is without power. There are also problems with water supply", - the city administration reported.






The Kyiv City Military Administration stated that due to the difficult energy situation in the capital, metro train operations today will begin with changes. In particular, train movement on the section from “Pecherska” to “Krasnyi Khutir” is temporarily impossible due to the difficult energy situation. On the Red Line, trains will run between the “Akademmistechko” and “Arsenalna” stations, with an interval of 6 minutes. On the Blue Line, trains are running between the “Heroiv Dnipra” and “Teremky” stations, with an interval of 6 minutes. On the Green Line, trains will run between the “Syrets” and “Klovska” stations, with an interval of 7 minutes. Train movement between the “Slavutych” and “Krasnyi Khutir” stations is currently impossible due to the ongoing power supply situation.
