Militants of the "DPR" do not allow OSCE observers to get on territory under their control demanding "permission" from the occupation "authorities". This was stated by Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission Alexander Hug at the briefing - said the 112 Ukraine.
