According to the SBU, last night drones from the SBU’s “A” Special Operations Center “visited” the military airfield Saky in temporarily occupied Crimea, which is a key airbase for russia’s operations in the Black Sea. As a result of the strike, one Su-30SM aircraft was completely destroyed and another was damaged. Three Su-24 aircraft were also hit.
The enemy suffered significant losses: just one Su-30SM aircraft can cost an average of $35 to $50 million.
During the special operation by the SBU’s “A” Center, a stockpile of aviation munitions on the airfield was also struck.
The successful SBU operation in Saky is another step toward weakening the enemy’s ability to wage its war of aggression against Ukraine.
