"Preliminarily there are 22 injured", - wrote Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov on July 24 following reports of a strike with two KAB bombs carried out by the russian army on the central part of Kharkiv — a residential area in the Shevchenkivskyi district.
According to Terekhov, the impact was near a multi-story residential building. Around 15 cars were burning at the scene.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, among the injured is a 10-year-old girl.
"At one of the locations, windows were shattered in apartment buildings, and a fire involving 7 cars was localized. At another — garages and cars were damaged in a garage cooperative. Also, a civilian enterprise caught fire as a result of the strike", - the SES reported.
