Talks between Ukraine and the russian federation will take place on July 23 — Zelensky

This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during his evening address on July 21.

He noted that today he discussed with the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, the preparation for an exchange and another meeting in Turkey with the russian side.

Umerov reported that the meeting is planned for Wednesday, July 23. Zelensky promised to provide more details on July 22.
