General Staff reported the occupiers who entered Dachne in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast were eliminated

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine responded to information about a possible occupation of the village of Dachne in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast, stating that the enemy who entered there was destroyed. This is stated in the General Staff's announcement.

Earlier, several Telegram channels reported that russian troops had managed to cross the administrative border into the Dnipropetrovsk oblast and occupied the village of Dachne. The Institute for the Study of War also reported this.

The alleged capture of Dachne was also claimed by the 114th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army of the armed forces of the russian federation.

The General Staff of the AFU stated that Ukrainian units continue to hold back the onslaught of the russian occupiers, who are not abandoning attempts to cross the administrative border between the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, but have not succeeded.

“A few days ago, one of the enemy's small reconnaissance groups managed to enter the village of Dachne, which is located in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. The invaders even managed to take a photo with the russian flag, but that was their last act: Ukrainian soldiers destroyed the occupiers”, - the military reported.

The General Staff also added that in one of the subsequent assaults, two russian servicemen in that area were captured by Ukrainian marines.

The General Staff emphasized that the information about the creation of a foothold in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast does not correspond to reality.
