Draft document on disengagement along the demarcation line in Donbass has been developed as part of the "Norman format". It was announced by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Germany Andrey Melnik Miller on the air of Gromadske.

"The project has been recently agreed. Now we are talking about how to materialize this document during a telephone conversation with Putin that is to be held in the near future," - he said

According to the Ambassador to Germany, the main issue remains the problem of security and elections in Donbass.

In his turn, Ambassador of Ukraine in France Oleg Shamshur said that the French authorities had an understanding now that such elections could only take place under certain conditions.

"But, unfortunately, there is an exaggerated desire to hold elections and certainly this year," - he said.
