Unlicensed version. System of electronic declaration was launched in Ukraine

The system of electronic declaration was officially launched in Ukraine at exactly 00.00. It was stated by head of NACP Natalia Korchak on her Facebook page, - reports UNIAN.

"Well, my dear friends, as you can see, without politics and without hysterics, we have just launched the electronic declaration at exactly 00.00, the system works now, developers need to focus on the elimination of deficiencies and receive certification," - she said.

However, senior analyst of Transparency International Ukraine Alexander Kalitenko said that NAPC decision to launch the system of electronic declarations without certification of the State Special Connection Service is actually a permit for concealment of real incomes. According to him, it is necessary to run the system only after the certification, because the law obliges civil servants to submit the declaration only once.

As previously reported, it became known that the State Special Connection Service did not provide a certificate of compliance for information security system of electronic declaration. The report noted that it was a difficult decision, but the information security system does not comply with regulations of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
