Denis Pushilin reminded that starting April 1, russian authorities are launching a preferential family mortgage program for settlements where there is no large-scale housing construction. The program also extends to the temporarily occupied oblasts of Ukraine, which the kremlin illegally calls "subjects of the Federation."
He stated that in the "DNR", secondary housing can be purchased in 35 cities of the Donetsk oblast. Among them, the leader of the so-called "republic" specified Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and other settlements turned to ruins by russian forces.
Pushilin failed to mention that russia's "Family Mortgage" program, with an annual interest rate of 6%, "allows" the purchase of secondary housing in cities under Ukraine's control: Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Kherson, and others.
