President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed the security forces and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to strengthen war footage near the administration border near occupied Crimea and Donbass on August 11th. It was reported by the head of state on Twitter.

"I instructed place all units in operational readiness near the administration border with the Crimea and on the demarcation line in Donbass," - stated the message.

The President is also reported to hold a meeting with the leaders of law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As previously reported, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation said that they had detained a group of Ukrainian citizens who had allegedly been preparing terrorist attacks in the occupied Crimea.

The State Border Service of Ukraine has strengthened the administrative border between Kherson region and temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and took the corresponding measures on the first day of the escalation of the situation in the north of the Crimea. Earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to strengthen security measures in annexed Crimea using the provocation as a pretext of the alleged invasion of the Crimea by the Ukrainian subversive groups.
