The leader of the "DPR" congratulated scientists on defending their thesis, completed in Ukraine and for Ukrainian money

The so-called "head of the DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko congratulated the scientists who allegedly defended their theses under the auspices "of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR".

According to Zakharchenko, "the development of science in our young republic hasn’t stopped but is developing successfully."

In fact, scientists are forced to defend their thesis in occupation, presented their achievements to "academic councils” completed within the framework of research programmes in Ukraine. Researches were financed from the Ukrainian budget. The authors do not hide it, we can’t talk about the development of "Republican science".

Moreover, a part of the application for the "protection" of theses is about economy of Ukraine and the state regulation in Ukraine. It is not stated in the works how the "DPR scientists" are going to improve the Ukrainian economy and to address issues of state regulation in Ukraine.
