Plotnitsky (from Address to the people of the republic): "The assassination attempt on my life means one thing: the enemies of Donbass really do not like the course that we have chosen, and we consistently implement. It is not only a manifestation of impotent rage and envy but more. After all, they had much better initial conditions but destroyed and missed all. And we, in spite of all the problems and hazards, managed to build and gain. I urge the citizens to resistance, unity and mutual assistance. "
Media: "The Council of Ministers of the LPR approved status of passport identity document of a person. According to the regulations, validity of the passport is not limited. The passport can be issued to Ukrainian citizens who are of 16 years and reside on the territory of the LPR; citizens of Ukraine who as of May 12th, 2014 were registered in the and lived in Luhansk region of Ukraine; citizens of Ukraine who as of May 12th, 2014 lived without registration at the place of residence in Luhansk region of Ukraine and other categories of citizens."
"Voda Donbassa company": "As a result of shelling water treatment facilities in Dokuchaevsk are left without energy, roof of the building with air blowers is damaged."
Media: "Progress seed-production farm in Amvrosiyevka district of the DPR started harvesting crops that are unconventional for Donbass – flax plant. Farmers plan to harvest in an area of 150 hectares. A part of the crop goes to seed, another one will be sent for export to the Russian Federation."
"MIA of the LPR": "Officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs seized about 2.2 thousand weapons and ammunition from illegal circulation over the past week, including more than 2 million rounds of ammunition, ten hand grenades, three rocket-propelled grenades, seven shots to rocket-propelled grenade RPG-7, 19 powder cylinders and 1.2 kg of powder."

The document was adopted in order to improve the activity of notaries, raising the status of notary and its role in ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities in the Luhansk People's Republic ".
