Leader of the "LPR" threatens to launch militants’ "air force"

Leader of the "LPR" Igor Plotnitsky stated the possibility of launching militants’ air force. He said that at the meeting of the so-called "Council of Ministers" on on July 27^th.

"They are laughing at the fact that they have aviation, aviation. They forgot a simple thing. – We didn’t have army and we defeated. Is there an army? - There is. Now our army even floats. They did not believe – Here you are. They doubt that we will have planes. Let them doubt, but they will fly.
