The total number of personnel in the russian Armed Forces has been raised to 2,389,000 people. The corresponding decree was signed by russian dictator putin on September 16, according to russian media.
"By his decree, Putin increased the total personnel of the Armed Forces to 2,389,000 people, including 1.5 million military personnel", - the report said.
