Head of the russian administration explained why AFU entered the Kursk oblast: "The Grad MRLS would stop and fire right in the middle of the street"

The head of the russian village of Goncharovka (in the vicinity of Sudzha), Alexander Garkavenko, admitted that shelling of Ukrainian territory with the Grad multiple launch rocket system was conducted directly from the central street. His candid statement was made during a report on the situation in the border areas of the Kursk oblast, which was intercepted by Ukrainian intelligence.

"I'll tell you this: Grad was being fired from the settlement. It happened periodically. What surprised me was that the Grad would stop and fire right in the middle of the street. I saw all this two to three weeks before the incident (the Ukrainian offensive in Kursk – OstroV)".
