The number of fatalities in Kostiantynivka has risen to 11. This was reported by the National Police on Telegram.

"As of 14:35, there are 11 confirmed dead and 37 injured. All emergency services are working at the scene of the shelling. People may still be trapped under the rubble", - the message stated.

Preliminary information suggests that an Kh-38 missile was used in the attack. At the time of the strike, there were many people nearby.

At least four private homes, a shopping center, a postal office, stores, a car wash, and vehicles have been damaged.

Full details on the casualties and damages are still being determined.
