No talk of rebuilding occupied Avdiivka: demining of the city has not even begun

The occupying authorities of the so-called "DNR" and numerous patron regions have yet to start the reconstruction of Avdiivka, which was devastated by russian aggression. This is according to a report from the "Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the russian federation for the republic".

The report notes that no demining operations are being conducted in the city.

"Deminers from the Specialized Rescue Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia are not currently working in Avdiivka due to the immediate threat to the safety and health of the personnel", - the "Main Directorate" explained.

Avdiivka has been occupied by russian troops since February 17, 2024. The city, after barbaric missile attacks and bombings by the russian Armed Forces, is in complete ruins.
